USPS to End Overnight Delivery

In a great example of *something other than the free market* failing, the USPS has decided it should end overnight delivery.

We’re reminded of those that scoff at the prospect of a free market in mail delivery, and would like to remind them the USPS is granted a monopoly on placing rectangle envelopes directly in your mailbox.

“But if we ended the post office, FedEx and UPS could charge whatever they wanted!” – the opposite is true, you’ll be paying higher prices since Washinton requires a $3 minimum fee to deliver the rectangle envelope to your doorstep.
